About Us

I’m Bryony, a Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years’ experience in the property industry. After completing a degree in Management and Engineering and a Master’s in Commercial Property Management, I qualified as a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in 1999 and later became a Registered Valuer.

My early career focused on commercial property acquisition — helping businesses secure the right premises, negotiate leases, and achieve long-term value from their occupational property decisions. That background has given me a strong commercial understanding of how property value works in practice.

Today, I specialise in providing independent, RICS Red Book–compliant valuations for probate, tax, and matrimonial matters. Whether dealing with a complex valuation or a sensitive client situation, I approach every instruction with professionalism, empathy, and clear communication, ensuring each client feels fully supported and confident in the advice they receive.
